UMGC is seeking proposals from qualified training facilitators or firms to provide professional training facilitation services. The selected vendor will be responsible for delivering high-quality, interactive, and engaging training sessions to global staff and collegiate faculty – e.g., employees, managers, leadership team, across a variety of topics aligned with organizational goals and priorities.

The University of Maryland Global Campus (UMGC) is seeking a firm to provide Training Facilitator Services. All interested firms are invited to review the attached Solicitation for participation instructions.

Technical and Price Proposals are due no later than 11:00 AM ET on April 20, 2026 (Please submit technical and pricing proposals seperately). Please read the directions carefully for electronic submissions to Bid Locker. Firms must be registered on Bid Locker prior to uploading Proposals.
