Pre-Bid Conference Details
An optional pre-proposal conference will be held on April 1st, 2026 at 10:30A.M. EST at the location noted below: https://umd.zoom.us/j/3173352284?omn=97761198590 Contractors should estimate a duration of one hour. Contractors who are attending the pre-proposal conference are requested to bring written copies of any questions they may have to the conference. Answers to questions will be provided in accordance with Section 2, subsection 2.3 below. While attendance at the pre-proposal conference, all interested Contractors are encouraged to attend to be able to better prepare acceptable proposals. Questions should be placed in the chat which will also be used for roll call.
