Furnish and Delivery of Micro C- 2000 at Howard County Schools-SBR Procurement

The Maryland Environmental Service is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified Contractors to provide the furnishing and delivery Micro-C 2000 annually at various facilities in Howard County, MD.

•  Dayton Oaks ES WWTP.  4691 Ten Oaks Rd, Dayton, MD  21036
•  Glenelg HS WWTP.  14025 Burntwoods Rd,  Glenelg, MD  21737
•  Triadelphia ES / Folly quarter MS WWTP.  13500 Triadelphia Rd. Ellicott City, MD 21042.
•  Marriotts Ridge HS/Mt View MS WWTP.  12101 Woodford Dr.  Marriottsville, MD  21104

NOTE: MES will only accept Electronic Bids on MES Procurement Portal ( https://menv.bonfirehub.com/ ).  Mailed, Emailed, Faxed, or Hand Delivered (paper) bids will not be accepted.  Requested Information on the MES Procurement Portal must be submitted on or before the bid due date, Submission option will not be available after the bid due date. Bidders may follow-up with the procurement department procurement@menv.com to determine if their Bids were received on time.

Conditioning a bid or proposal or any other MES solicitation or bidding document will deem your bid or proposal non-responsive and not be accepted COMAR 21.05.02.22.

Bids will be opened electronically in public at the date and time specified in the solicitation.  Bidders can attend the bid opening though the shared link provided in this solicitation.
The Bid Tabulation shall be posted on MES Procurement Portal within 48 hours from the bid opening.
