The Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority (LVCVA) is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide On-Call Traffic Control Personnel Services for events held at LVCVA-managed facilities. The purpose of this RFP is to secure a dependable service provider capable of ensuring the safe, efficient, and orderly movement of vehicular and pedestrian traffic during large-scale conventions, trade shows, and other public gatherings.
This engagement aims to enhance attendee safety, reduce congestion, and support a positive guest experience, while ensuring seamless coordination with LVCVA staff, public safety agencies, and event stakeholders. |
