Project Description: This Request for Proposal is for substation batteries, racks, chargers, testing, and repairs. Lower Colorado River Authority (LCRA) is a conservation and reclamation district of the State of Texas created pursuant to Article XVI, Section 59, of the Texas Constitution. The primary objective of this project is to establish multiple contracts for substation batteries, racks, chargers, testing, and repairs with vendors who will deliver goods and services in a timely and efficient manner while ensuring quality, fully-charged products arrive at LCRA.
