EAGLS Sustainment FSR and Spares Support

Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), PMA-242 Direct and Time Sensitive Strike Program, Patuxent River, MD, issued a sole source contract modification to MSI Defense Solutions, LLC (MSI), 136 Knob Hill Road, Mooresville, NC 28117, for Electronic Advanced Ground Launcher (EAGLS) Counter- Uncrewed Aerial System (C-UAS) initial spares and Field Service Representative (FSR) operations & sustainment support.

Only one source under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, “Only One Responsible Source and No Other Type of Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements.” MSI is the sole designer, developer, manufacturer, and integrator of the EAGLS C-UAS and therefore is the only source with the requisite knowledge, experience, and technical data of the EAGLS C-UAS design, operation, and maintenance to successfully meet the Government’s requirements on a timely basis and in a cost effective manner.

Subcontracting opportunities should be sought directly from MSI.
