Demolition of 2 Homes
The Village of Lang is looking for bidders to provide for the following:
The demolition of a house and site clearing located at 411 First Street, SK and the demolition of a house and site clearing located at 230 Victoria Street, Lang SK.
Remove all debris, material and concrete remaining on site.
All debris to be hauled to closest landfill that accepts demolition materials. Village of Lang does not have one.
The void created from the removal of the foundation/basement shall be filled with dirt/clay and compacted. The Village shall be notified before the backfill starts to ensure all debris has been removed.
Level the lot to grade
Tender to include landfill fees.
Preference for demolition to begin during winter/colder months.

If the office is closed, there is a drop slot that can be utilized.
Tenders to be submitted by October 31, 2024 by 4:00 p.m.
Please note that the Village Office is only open on Wednesdays to the public.
