PROJECT INFORMATION AND DESCRIPTION:
The project consists of the design and construction of a new multi-story Science Building of approximately 56,500 GSF. The new Energy Innovation Building will include a combination of offices, research laboratories, teaching labs, a capstone design laboratory, and a versatile flex-design event space. Additionally, the scope encompasses the creation of flexible outdoor spaces that provide dynamic areas for engagement and interaction. This project is a collaborative design-build and falls under Public Works and Prevailing Wage regulations.
