The County of Kern, through Kern Behavioral Health & Recovery Services (KernBHRS), is seeking qualified contractors to provide Residential Substance Use Disorder Treatment Services for Kern County residents. These services will be provided to youth ages 12-17, pregnant/post-partum women, and/or adults 18 and older who have a substance use disorder and qualify for residential treatment under American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM) criteria.
