AWARE Consumer and Vendor Portals

Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities (OOD) is requesting quotes for a supplier to host and manage both the AWARE Consumer and Vendor Portals and to provide updates, maintenance and support on the portals. The AWARE Consumer and Vendor Portals managed and hosted by the Respondent must integrate seamlessly with OOD’s AWARE case management system.

OOD is not seeking any alternatives to the AWARE Consumer and Vendor Portals.

Please attach a formal quote that includes any applicable contract and catalog numbers. Responses received without a formal quote may be deemed non-responsive.

A) OOD shall base the award on lowest cost.

B) OOD will also base the award on the respondent that is responsive, responsible, and able to complete the work described in the summary.

C) A formal quote must be attached.

D) Respondent shall complete and submit the Certification Statements form if seeking a Buy America, Buy Ohio, and/or a Veterans Preference. If not seeking a preference, Respondent does not need to return the attached form.

Mailed, emailed, or faxed responses will NOT be accepted.

OOD r ecommends only having a single window open that is logged into OhioBuys. By having multiple windows open, this can create an error when trying to submit your quote.
