The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) is soliciting innovative proposals that enable compact cold-atom devices and environmentally-decoupled ultra-high Q microelectromechanical (MEMS) and photonics devices through microscale ultra-high-vacuum systems (µUHV).
