Project Description: Summit County is soliciting bid proposals from qualified civil engineering firms to provide materials testing services for 2026 and 2027 including but not limited to:
1. Hot mix Asphalt, soil, and concrete testing.
2. General Construction Inspection includes ensuring proper traffic control measures and projects are constructed within plans and specifications.
3. Measure and track quantities per the measurement and payment section of the project specifications.
