• Request for Proposal
The City requires a qualified towing contractor (the “Supplier”) to provide 24/7 towing, relocation, recovery, and impoundment services for all City departments, municipal enforcement, and partnering law‑enforcement agencies.
Services include:
•Relocation of parked vehicles to support snow clearing, seasonal parking bans, and street maintenance operations.
•Towing and impoundment of seized vehicles, abandoned vehicles, illegally parked vehicles, and vehicles involved in enforcement actions.
•Towing and impoundment of seized, abandoned, illegally parked vehicles, and vehicles involved in enforcement actions are to be transported to a secure storage facility as directed by Municipal Enforcement or law‑enforcement personnel.
•Provide secure storage for all towed and impounded vehicles at the Supplier’s facility, ensuring the facility meets the security, access, and operational requirements.
•Ad‑hoc operational towing, including breakdowns of municipal fleet vehicles, public safety removals, and emergency callouts.
