Description
This is not a bid. The Iowa Department of Public Defense intends to award design services and the purchase of goods for a retaining wall located at Camp Dodge to King's Materials, Inc. Due to their working knowledge of the previous retaining wall we completed, and the proprietary nature of the goods being provided, we believe it is in the best interest of the state to issue the purchase order to King's Material.
