RFQ No. DRLBA-07082026-04 Demolition and Site Restoration Services 3298 Blanton Drive, Scottdale

The DeKalb Regional Land Bank Authority (DRLBA) is soliciting sealed quotes from qualified contractors for demolition, debris removal, and site restoration services for a residential structure located at 3298 Blanton Drive, Scottdale, Georgia 30079 (Parcel ID 18 046 04 111). The property is a 696 sq. ft. single-family residence built in 1953 with one bathroom. Scope of work includes demolition of the residential structure and associated improvements; removal and lawful disposal of demolition debris; foundation removal, where required; site grading and stabilization; erosion control measures; and full restoration of the site to the conditions specified in the quote documents. Contractor shall comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. A mandatory Pre-Site Visit will be held Thursday, July 16, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. at the project address. Attendance is mandatory. The visit is limited to exterior visual observation only; no entry onto the property, into any structure, or disturbance of site conditions is permitted without DRLBA authorization.
Sealed quotes must be submitted electronically through BidNet Direct and/or the Team Georgia Marketplace procurement portal no later than July 28, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Late submissions will not be accepted. Questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted through the procurement platform no later than July 21, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Responses will be issued by addendum.
