The Work consists of complete building demolition, including, but not limited to, removal of the entire building to include foundations, footings, and ground slabs, abatement of Asbestos Containing Materials (ACMs), erosion and sediment control, utility disconnections and demolition, site demolition, grading and stabilization. The location of the Work is 1400 Best Plaza Drive, Richmond, VA 23227.
