Project Description: Bucks County Community College ("BCCC" or "College") is seeking proposals for the inspection of the College’s fire and burglar alarm systems in accordance with all applicable Federal, State, and Local jurisdictions (Newtown Township, Bristol Township, and Perkasie Borough), codes, and standards.
The Request for Proposal (RFP) is part of a competitive process that will be undertaken in order to serve the College’s best interests and provide vendors with a fair opportunity for their professional services to be considered. This process will require representatives of the College to evaluate the firms’ proposals based upon a number of factors, including, but not limited to, fees, services, and qualifications. The College is not required to accept the proposal offering the lowest price. The final determination will be based on that proposal which, in the opinion of the college, best serves the interests of the institution.
The College reserves the right to conduct personal interviews of any or all proposers prior to the selection. The College will not be liable for any costs incurred by the proposer in connection with the proposal or interviews. All parties interested in providing the services requested in this proposal must meet all requirements defined herein and accept the terms and conditions.
Complete specifications for this project will be available on Tuesday, April 7, 2026, at no cost on PennBid (www.pennbid.net). Proposal must be received electronically via PennBid on or before 10:00 am, Prevailing Time, Tuesday, May 12, 2026. Proposals received by any other means or after the deadline will not be considered. Bucks County Community College reserves the right to reject any or all proposals/bids or parts thereof and to waive defects or irregularities.
