1-Year Contract for Janitorial Services, Spec #20-05/26

Project Description: The intent of this bid is to contract for janitorial services for several locations. This unit cost contract shall start on or about July 1, 2026, will run for one year, and includes the option to extend the contract for three additional one-year periods. A Mandatory Site Visit is required for each location that bidder is bidding on. The department contact or their designated representative must sign the bidder’s Site Visit Verification Sheet, included in the specifications, to verify the site visit. Bids submitted without this verification signature page will not be considered. Appointments must be made to schedule the site visits, contact information is provided for each location.
