Project Description: LCA will be hosting a contractor open house at 1pm on May 20, 2026 to meet contractors and share information about some upcoming major capital improvement projects planned for our Water Filtration and Wastewater Treatment Plants located in the City of Allentown, and our Industrial Pre-Treatment Plant in Fogelsville, Pennsylvania.
