RFP FY-25-26-11-Campus General Maintenance

Project Description: Reading Area Community College (RACC) is seeking Bids from qualified Contractors to provide Campus General Construction Maintenance across eight (8) buildings on campus. Bids will be received by RACC via the PennBid platform at https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com by (May 22, 2026 at 12:00 PM.
The award will be a three (3) year contract with two (2) optional 1-year extensions based on performance.
An optional pre-bid meeting will be held on 28 April 2026 in Yocum Library Room 117 (All Bidders are welcome to attend. Please Park in Student Lot A located on Front Street. A campus map may be found at https://www.racc.edu/about-racc/campus-map-and-directions
All written requests for clarifications must be submitted by 12:00PM on 14 May 2026. Requests must be submitted in writing through the PennBid platform.
All Bids must be received by 12:00 PM on 22 May, 2026 for the above project through the PennBid portal.
RACC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, waive any irregularities, omissions, errors, mistakes, or defects in any Bid, or to accept or reject any or all bids at its sole discretion in the best interest of the College. The Contract, if awarded, shall be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder whose bid is responsive in all material respects to the bid requirements. No bid shall be deemed accepted until the adoption of a formal resolution by the Owner.
