Summary
The Lea County Board of County Commissioners is requesting proposals from qualified vendors to provide professional services for a roadway improvement project. Background
Lea County intends to construct a new roadway from NM 18 to NM 483 in the north Hobbs area. The project may include:

- Preparation of right of way acquisition surveys and aid in right of way acquisition
