On-Call Project Delivery Consultant Services

The City of Stillwater is seeking qualifications from experienced firms to provide on-call project delivery consultant services.
The City manages a wide range of projects that vary in size, complexity, and technical requirements. While traditional infrastructure projects (e.g., streets, water, sewer, and electric) are managed internally, the City requires support for a broad range of other project types, including building systems, vertical construction, facility improvements, and specialty projects.
These projects may range from small maintenance or improvement efforts to larger, multi-disciplinary capital projects requiring coordination of multiple stakeholders and technical disciplines.
The City intends to select one qualified firm to serve as an on-call consultant to assist with project delivery.
The City welcomes qualifications from a variety of firm types capable of providing the require services, including consulting firms, architecture and engineering firms, and construction or construction management firms. Firms may utilize subconsultants or team arrangements to meet the requirements of this RFQ.

The selected consultant, including its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and subconsultants, shall not be eligible to submit bids, proposals, or perform construction, supply, or installation work on any project for which they have provided services under this contract.
