Project Description: It is the intent for the Contractor to provide for completion in every detail the work described herein. The Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, transportation, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the work in accordance with specifications provided and terms of the contract. Bidders are to provide unit pricing that will be applied to landscaped areas completed and accepted for maintenance.
