On-Call Roofing Installation & Repair Services for Planning & Public Works

The purpose of this Invitation to Bid is to secure the services of a roofing contractor to perform miscellaneous skilled roofing installation, replacement, and repair work for Planning and Public Works. The work is on an as needed and emergency basis. Pierce County is unable to determine the precise schedule or amount of work that may be performed.

Possible work locations include but are not limited to the following locations: Chambers Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant, Central Maintenance Facility, outlaying Collection Pump Stations, Tacoma Narrows Airport, Thun Field Airport, and other selected Pierce County facilities. The work will be assigned by Pierce County by work order number, addressing scope of work and required time of completion. Contractors must have the capability to serve the County by providing material, labor and all necessary equipment to perform a variety of projects.
