Demolition of Residential Structure

Project Description: Sealed Bids for the for the complete demolition, removal, disposal, grading, and restoration of the residential property located at 1333 Water Street, Washingtonville, PA 17884 will be received electronically via PennBid (https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com) by Washingtonville Municipal Authority until 11 A.M. local time on November 13, 2026.
Bidding and Contract Documents may be viewed and downloaded online at no cost on PennBid (https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com). Following registration, complete sets of Bidding & Contract Documents may be downloaded from the website as portable document format (PDF) files. The cost of printing Bidding and Contract Documents will be the sole responsibility of the interested party. A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 10:00 AM local time on October 26, 2026 at the project site. Attendance at the Pre-Bid Conference is highly encouraged but is not mandatory.
Washingtonville Municipal Authority reserves the right to waive any irregularities and to reject any and all bids and to award either contract to the lowest responsible bidder for the total of all bid items.
No bidder may withdraw his or her bid within ninety (90) days after the actual opening thereof.
