FCI Three Rivers Remodel Firing Range Dirt Work

The Federal Bureau of Prison (FBOP), Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) Three Rivers, Highway 72 West, Three Rivers, Texas, 78071, intends to make a single award to a responsible enity that provide all necessary equipment, labor, materials, and incidentals to remodel the firing range, specifically the earth work portion of this project in accordance with the statement of work.

Currently, we have a demolished firing range that needs berm arranged to specs as noted in the FBOP technical design guidelines. Please see attachments on this solicitations.

The contract Type is a Firm-Fixed Price contract. This acquisition is Restricted as a small business set aside. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations have the right to submit quotes equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. The Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 4.1102 requires all contractors seeking or currently doing business with the government to be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award; information can be obtained at https://www.sam.gov/. The Government reserves the right to award item by item, or in groups of items, or in aggregate, whichever is most advantageous to the Government by responsive, responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, with past performance and price considered, prices being rated higher than past performance. Vendors that quote all line items will be the only ones considered for award. Payments will be made using the Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) or the Government Purchase Card. Upon request, vendors may be required to provide samples of product quoted, prior to award. Each offer must complete the FAR Provisions at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications section at the On-line Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) at http://orca.bpn.gov . All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a written offer which will be considered for award.

The quote, signed by an individual authorized to bind the offer, must be submitted to the address contained within solicitation posting 10:00 am Central Standard time with a due date of February 14, 2025. The anticipated date of award is on or about Febraury 24, 2025. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site.
