EAST MEYER AVENUE IMPROVEMENTS

Sealed bid packets will be received until 2:00 p.m. on January 20th, 2026 by the Purchasing Department, 1700 First Street, Seabrook TX 77586. CSBs must be received and time stamped by the Purchasing Department prior to the aforementioned time, after which time all qualified packets will be opened and read aloud at Seabrook City Hall. No late CSBs will be accepted.

CSB documents may also be obtained upon payment of $75 (non- refundable) at the office of the Engineer, DDG, 1512 Center Street, Suite 300, Houston, TX 77007, with checks made payable to the City of Seabrook or at www.civcastusa.com without charge. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at City Hall, City of Seabrook, 1700 First Street, Seabrook, Texas 77586, at 2:00 p.m.on January 6th, 2026. All prospective Bidders are encouraged to attend.

CSBs may be viewed and submitted electronically through Public Purchase. To submit a bid packet electronically, an account will need to be created in Public Purchase, and then CSB 2025- 25-346 can be accessed for electronic submission. Electronic CSBs must be submitted before the 2:00 p.m. deadline on January 20th, 2026.
