There will be a Mandatory Information Session with respect to this RFP at 10:00 a.m., February 18, 2026, new Fire Station 5 location at Rotella Magnet School, 380 Pierpont Rd, Waterbury, Connecticut. THOSE NOT ATTENDING THE SESSION WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE TO SUBMIT A PROPOSAL. This RFP includes the Design Phase, Bidding Phase, and Construction Administration Services including any additional necessary associated services for that complete replacement.
