Summary
The Alabama Department of Agriculture & Industries is seeking a sole source annual agreement to purchase for the delivery to The Thompson Bishop Sparks Laboratory at 890 Simms Road Auburn, AL 36832. The Thompson Bishop Sparks Laboratory is requesting a quote for Illumina laboratory supplies for an existing proprietary instrument, the NextSeq 1000 Sequencing System.
All suppliers are required to submit an electronic quote on Alabama Buys Portal to participate. The suppliers must also possess an established quality assurance program that includes a Quality Management System ISO accreditation for the distribution of medical and scientific products. All suppliers must warranty offered products should the products not perform satisfactorily due to any reason other than misuse.
