The Housing Authority of the City of Stamford d/b/a Charter Oak Communities (“COC”) is seeking proposals from qualified, licensed and insured entities to coordinate the recruitment, screening and placement of such direct hires and temporary employees in accordance with the job descriptions provided by COC.
