- Summary The City of Kalamazoo’s last complete class and compensation study was completed in 2018. It is time for the City’s class and compensation system to be updated. The goal of the study is to ensure external market equity, while also assuring internal equity.
The city of Kalamazoo desires a sound, non-bargaining position classification and pay plan to help build a strong foundation for a viable human resources program.
