16. Description: This requirement is for one, U.S. flag, Jones Act, certified surface support vessel that can support berthing and victuals (three meals a day) for 25 personnel in addition to the ship’s crew and shall operate for 30 days without re-supply.

17. Place of Contract Performance: The place/range of delivery and redelivery is Pearl Harbor, HI (USA). The layday commences No Later Than 01 June 2025, 0800 hrs. (Local) and cancels 01 June 2025, 1600 hrs. (Local). Offerors to indicate estimated time of arrival. The period of performance will be 180 days with one, 180-day option period.
