Working Together For Safety: Training Facilitator

Children and Family Services (CFS) intends to secure a qualified Training Facilitator to virtually facilitate 12 additional sessions of the Working Together for Safety training series and provide coaching to support Ministry staff co-facilitators. Working Together for Safety is foundational training managed by the Workforce Development branch of CFS to support frontline staff in serving families under the Child, Youth, and Family Enhancement Act. The training series consists of 4 modules which equip staff to assess risk and create safety plans effectively, aligning with established systems, legislation, and policy.
