Project Description: DUBOIS AREA SCHOOL DISTRICT is interested:
1. Vendor must keep DUBOIS AREA SCHOOL DISTRICT (DASD) advised of any changes in order(s) status.
2. Pricing shall remain open to acceptance and shall be irrevocable for a period of Sixty (60) days after the Request for BID closing date.
3. All submittals are to be for the purchase of the kitchen equipment identified in Attachment J of this Request for BIDs and it needs to include the cost of installation as indicated in the description of equipment.
4. Questions regarding this BID must be submitted to PennBid Monday, May 26, 2025 @ 2:00 PM
5. DASD encourages HUB vendor participation, if vendor is a state certified HUB vendor (Historically Underutilized Business) and/ or certified MWBD vendor (Minority and Women-owned Business), certification must be included in submittal.
6. All pricing and any award under this RFB shall be good for DASD and any other entity purchasing through DASD.
7. A mandatory Pre-bid walkthrough (for the installation of the Dishwasher) to be arranged with Steve Dunlap prior to May 23rd
8. “Award Date” Subject to Board Approval is June 19, 2025
