THIS MEETING WILL BE ACCEPTED. ALL BIDDERS MUST BE CLASSIFIED WITH DPMC

WITH ONE OF THE FOLLOWING TRADES:

Single Bid (lump sum all trades)

General Construction (C008) OR

General Construction / Alterations & Additions (C009) OR

Concrete/Foundation Footings/Masonry Work (C019)

Paper bids WILL NOT be accepted for this procurement. Bid Proposals will be received from

Bidders electronically ONLY via the Bid Express service until 2:00 P.M. on July 10, 2025, at which

time the bid proposals submitted will be publicly opened and read in the DPMC Offices, Division of

Property Management & Construction, 33 West State Street, 9th Floor, Trenton, NJ 08608.

the Bid Documents are not available for purchase but may be examined by appointment only at the

DPMC Plan Room by contacting Anthony Mangine at Anthony.Mangine@treas.nj.gov. The DPMC

Plan Room is located at 33 West State Street, 9th Floor, Trenton, NJ 08608.

Bidders must be classified by the Division under N.J.S.A. 52:35-1 et seq. No bidder may withdraw his

bid for 60 calendar days after the opening. The State may reject any and all bids in accordance with

applicable law.

ALL BONDS FOR THIS PROJECT HAVE BEEN WAIVED

Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27-

7.2:

• THE MINORITY PERCENTAGE GOAL REQUIREMENT FOR THIS CONTRACT IS 30%

PER SKILLED CRAFT.

• THE FEMALE PERCENTAGE GOAL REQUIREMENT FOR THIS CONTRACT IS 6.9%

PER SKILLED CRAFT.
