Scope of Work:
Base Bid 1 - Create a single point of entry at the existing front entrance. Work to include adding new store front doors and remodel check-in window with Bullet Resistant (BR) glazing and additional cameras, updating fire/HVAC systems, add door buzzer system and window film. Base Bid 2 - Replace four (4) existing mechanically operated roll down fire doors in the Office area with new electrically operated roll down fire doors.
Sealed bids for the Single Point of Entry and Roll Down Fire Doors at Galena High School will be received by the Washoe County School District’s (WCSD) Purchasing Department located at the Brown Center 14101 Old Virginia Road, Room #0, Reno, NV 89521, until 2:00 p.m., (Local Time) on August 7, 2025. The bids will be opened publicly via a TEAMS Meeting at 2:30 pm (local time).

Due to access and coordination involved in this project we highly recommend that contractors walk the project site that we are making available.
