The Village of Huntley (“Village”) is requesting proposals from design-build firms for the Fleet Services Facility Project. Through this Request For Proposals (RFP) process, the Village intends to hire the selected design-build firm to complete the design phase of this project in 2025, and if the design and funding are approved by the Village Board, the firm would be hired to perform the build phase in 2026.
The RFP document may be examined and obtained from the Village of Huntley Public Works Department, 11000 Bakley Street, Huntley, IL 60142 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Overnight mailing of the RFP document will not be provided.
Design-build firms shall email their RFP submittals, in Portable Document Format (PDF), to Jason Irvin, Deputy Director of Public Works and Engineering jirvin@huntley.il.us by no later than 11:00 a.m. (CST) on April 7, 2025.
The Village reserves the right, when it is deemed to be in the best interest of the Village, to negotiate contract terms with the selected design-build firm and to award the proposal or combination of proposals deemed in the best interest of the Village, at the Village’s sole discretion. Therefore, design-build firms should submit their best proposal initially from both technical and price standpoints
