Weber-Morgan Health Department | Healthy Homes Program

Project Description: The Weber-Morgan Health Department Healthy Homes Program (“HHP”) is seeking statements of qualifications from qualified and experienced Contractor Firms (“Proposer”) that are interested in an opportunity to test, prepare construction grade bid documents and specifications; and provide lead/asbestos abatement, radon mitigation, repair/construction and/or restoration services for various residential units within a target area of Weber County, Utah (“Project”). The goal of this procurement process is to create a pool of qualified contactor firms whereby the HHP is able to quickly gather construction bids and schedule repair work. The HHP plans to provide housing hazard remediation on approximately 130 residences through October 2027.
PREFERENCE WILL BE GIVEN TO CONTRACTORS WITH ABATEMENT CERTIFICATIONS.
