Purpose and Scope of Work
The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC), in coordination with the 20th Engineer Brigade, is seeking capable commercial vendors and authorized resellers able to provide the MedBridge Essentials Platform (or Equal) Commercial-Off-the-Shelf (COTS) Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) subscription and technical support services.
The requirement directly supports the 20th Engineer Brigade’s Holistic Health and Fitness (H2F) Human Performance Program at Fort Liberty, North Carolina, delivering an enterprise digital platform for clinician education, rehabilitation exercise prescription, patient monitoring, and athlete data synchronization.
