Project Description: The Bergen County Utilities Authority is soliciting sealed bids from qualified vendors for the design, installation, leasing, and operation of an Odor Control Vapor and Distribution System. This system will mitigate fugitive odors—primarily hydrogen sulfide (H₂S), mercaptans, and other volatile organic compounds generated by anaerobic digesters and associated infrastructure at the Little Ferry Water Pollution Control Facility – Sludge Digester Complex.
