Project Description: ANTHC is replacing Cherwell with ServiceNow ITSM. The initial implementation is intended to establish approved foundational incident, request, change, knowledge, service catalog, portal, assignment group, notification, access-control, reporting, dashboard, and workflow capabilities. ANTHC requires an optional support model because ongoing platform administration, maintenance, release support, reporting, minor enhancements, backlog work, and knowledge transfer will continue after implementation.
Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference scheduled for Friday, September 11, 2026 at 11:00 am, AKST.
