The Owner is soliciting bids to construct a new tennis facility, field events and berm. AVB Construction, LLC is the

Construction Manager for the project and is seeking bids for the following:

26.100 Electrical, 31.100 Sitework, 32.120 Asphalt, 32.130 Concrete, 32.180 Sports Surfacing, 32.185 Synthetic Turf,

32.310 Fences & Gates

Pre-Bid Walk:

• No pre-bid walk for this project.

Construction commencement:

• July 14, 2026 – October 29, 2026

Bids are due at 3:00 PM Tuesday, June 30, 2026 - Public Bid Opening immediately following.

Bid requirements include:

1. Submit clearly labeled sealed bids by Tuesday, June 30, 2026 by the 3:00 PM deadline, to Mattawan

Consolidated School, Central Office, 56720 Murray St., Mattawan, MI 49071. (Bids received after the

due date and time listed above shall not be considered or accepted.)

2. Bids submitted shall be accompanied by bid security in the amount of not less than 5% of the amount

of the bid.

3. Each bid submitted shall be accompanied by the following sworn and notarized affidavits located in the

Bidder’s Instructions:

a. Disclosing any familial relationship that exists between the owner or any employee of the bidder

and any member of the board or the superintendent of the school district.

b. Certifying that contractor is not barred from public contracting due to bid rigging or bid rotating

convictions; and

c. Certifying that it is not an “Iran-Linked Business” as defined in Act 517, Public Acts of Michigan,

2001, MCL 129.311, et seq.
