RFP - The Fixed Base Operator Lease and Operating Agreement at the San Francisco International Airport

The Airport Commission has commenced the Request for Proposals (RFP) process for the Fixed Base Operator Lease and Operating Agreement to Operate the Sole Fixed Base Operation at San Francisco International Airport.

The Airport will be hosting an Informational Conference on Thursday, March 20, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time (PST). Questions and Comments can be submitted to the Airport by email to jin.huang@flysfo.com from March 20, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. through March 27, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. (PST). Proposals for this opportunity must be submitted before May 20, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. (PST).

Attendance for the Informational conference is optional but recommended and encouraged. For attendees that are interested in participating in the Optional Tour of the FBO on Thursday, March 20, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. Pacific Time (PST), please email jin.huang@flysfo.com with your name, company name, and email to add you to the attendees list. Please respond before 4:00 p.m. (PST) on March 11, 2025.
