The Department of Agriculture and Industries is seeking quotes for janitorial service for our Auburn Veterinary Laboratory located at the Thompson-Bishop-Sparks Diagnostic Laboratory, 890 Simms Road, Auburn, AL 36832.

Specifications :

Janitorial service to be performed Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays between the hours of 8:00 am-5:00 pm CST with the exception of state holidays.

Service Location: Thompson-Bishop-Sparks Diagnostic Laboratory, 890 Simms Road, Auburn, AL 36832.

Building Square Footage: Approximately 30,400 Square Feet.

Suppliers will provide total monthly price to complete all tasks per month.  See attached Janitorial Specifications for tasks that need to be performed.

Service Period: 10/1/2026 through 9/30/2027.

***Note To Suppliers– There is a mandatory site visit for this location.  If you do not attend the mandatory site visit, your bid will not be considered***

Suppliers quoting alternate items must provide a complete model/part number as well as descriptive/technical literature for consideration and evaluation with their quote. Reference to literature with a previous solicitation will not satisfy this requirement.  Failure to provide the required literature may result in the rejection of the supplier’s response.
