Bid Type: Job Contract Locations: Franklin Keywords: Building Rehabilitation Bid Description: Maquam Bay of Missisquoi, a tax-exempt nonprofit, is requesting bids for the renovations of the Abenaki Nation Headquarters and Food Pantry located at 100 Grand Ave. in Swanton, VT. This is a historic building listed as a contributing member of the Village’s historic district and is listed on the State and National Register of Historic Places. The scope of work includes construction of a new ADA-accessible entrance and parking, new roof with structural reinforcements, masonry repointing, electrical, HVAC, and energy efficiency upgrades, and interior equipment and finishes. The project has federal and state funding. Davis-Bacon, Section 3, and BABAA regulations apply.
