Description
1. This RFP is open to all interested vendors.
2. The City of Calgary (“The City”) requires the supply and delivery of CP100 Cable to be used for signals relocation purposes.
3. This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.
4. The Agreement will be for a Term of one (1) year may be renewed three (3) times for two (2) Years each time, not to exceed seven (7) years in total.
