Notice is hereby given by the University of Victoria of its intent to direct award a contract to LI-COR Biotech, LLC to provide the required Odyssey F4 Scanner.
In the event that no other potential suppliers come forward with a Statement of Capabilities meeting the requirements outlined in this NOI before the Closing Date/Time, the contract may be direct awarded to the pre-selected supplier.
