REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS for PROJECT MANAGEMENT CONSULTING SERVICES related to ST. LOUIS CITY DISASTER RECOVERY & REBUILDING Issued: June 25, 2025 Responses Due: July 25, 2025 The St. Louis Development Corporation (SLDC) is inviting proposals for a Project Manager Consultant. The selected consultant will be the main contact for all St. Louis City tornado recovery and rebuilding efforts concerning businesses, housing, and economic activity, as well as other duties assigned by the CEO. This role is crucial in identifying and implementing programs and initiatives for recovery and rebuilding. Please submit your responses to 1520 Market Street, Suite 2000, St. Louis, Missouri 63103 (Attention: RFP for Project Management Consulting Services) by 3:00 PM on May 9th, 2025. This contract may be funded in whole or in part by the following funding sources: Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (SLFRF), community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and/or other Federal, State and Local funds.
