Description

The District of West Vancouver ('the District') invites proposals from qualified contractors ('the Contractor')
to provide maintenance services for the following bridge structures for the 2025 Bridge and Pier
Maintenance Program:

1) STR No. 104: Almondel Road over Cypress Creek
2) STR No. 105: 4300 Marine Drive over Cypress Creek
3) STR No. 109: Milllstream Road over Brothers Creek
4) STR No. 111: Chippendale Road over McDonald Creek

Contractors are required to submit a signed attestation form provided in Appendix C to confirm that site
visits at all bridge locations were made prior to proposal submission.

The District requires proposals to include an acknowledgement of the Scope of Work required and a fixed
fee for the provision of the services assigned to the project.

This Proposal is being issued electronically through the BC Bid website (bcbid.gov.bc.ca) where any interested party may download the Proposal document directly from this website under ‘Documents’

It is the responsibility of the Proponent to check this website for any updated information and addenda issued before the closing date.
