Project Description: This Contract provides for the demolition, salvage, excavation and earthwork; Construction of concrete curb, slabs and walkways, asphalt paving and sewer, water and lighting utilities;
Installation of a pre-engineered restroom, play equipment, synthetic turf and engineered wood fiber safety surfacing, picnic tables and trash receptacle, basketball equipment, signage;
Irrigation modification and landscape planting restoration and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions and the Standard Specifications.
The Contract Work shall be Physically Complete no later than December 18, 2026.
Engineer's Estimate - $448,862.00
